● Nedis accepts return of defective product from constomer. The return warranty period is within 7 days from the receipt of goods. If it exceeds the warranty period, payment is non refundable. And please pay attention to the following:

● For hygiene considerations, the goods cannot be returned once it has been opened for use.

● Customer who need to return or change defective goods need to send E-mail or call our customer service center and provide: order number, reason for return, your name and contact number, E-mail address. 

● If the goods are damaged, invoice is missing or package is not complete, the return will not be accepted.
